Paul Sullivan
Building homes has been Paul’s passion since he was 11 years old, working his first job cleaning up job sites for a builder in his neighborhood at the end of the day for $0.25 an hour. He “smelled the sawdust” and that was all it took.
But life had other plans. After college and grad school, Paul built a very successful corporate career with AT&T, taking him around the country in a high level sales and marketing world.
In 2003, he left the suit-and-tie world and followed his passion for building great homes. He launched Paul M. Sullivan Homes in southern NH. Demand for his well-built homes accelerated quickly, and he built and renovated homes for many clients in the Manchester/Concord corridor.
In 2006, Paul’s company purchased a large parcel of land in Weare, NH, and developed a 21-lot subdivision. Rolling Hills quickly became the most desirable neighborhood in the area, selling at a 15-20% premium over comparable properties.
IN 2008, Paul put his business on hold to join Shawmut Design & Construction, one of the country’s largest commercial builders. His role was to grow Shawmut’s business in the casino industry, building out new restaurants and retail shops in Las Vegas. Over the next two years, he worked with some of the country’s most prominent Las Vegas casinos and chefs, including Wolfgang Puck, Todd English, Las Vegas Sands and more.
The Las Vegas commercial experience was exciting and demanding. But Paul's heart was in New England, and building great homes.
Now back home in New Hampshire, Paul has launched Sullivan Brothers Builders, named for his three sons. He is focused on building high performance homes that are energy efficient, utilize the most current materials and technologies, and provide unparalleled conveniences for his clients.
